Green Taxi Burgas lets passengers book taxi rides through the app and submit out-of-city transfer requests through the website. A website transfer request is not an automatic booking and is confirmed only after our team contacts you.

2. Account and contact details

When you use the app or submit a website request, you must provide accurate information. This helps us find the pickup point, contact you and send a driver to the correct address.

3. Rides and transfers

• App bookings depend on available vehicles.
• Estimated fares and distances are informational and may differ from the final price depending on route, traffic or other conditions.
• Fixed prices for out-of-city transfers apply to a standard trip from Burgas to the selected destination unless agreed otherwise.
• Special conditions, route changes or additional stops may require confirmation by phone.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or someone else's contact details.
• Do not use the app or website for abuse, spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
• Treat drivers, dispatchers and support staff with respect.

5. Cancellations and availability

There may be times when no vehicle is available or a request cannot be completed. For website transfer requests, we will contact you to confirm availability, time and details.

6. Access restrictions

We may restrict or terminate access to the app for abuse, fraudulent requests, unacceptable conduct or breach of these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
