Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the app or by email.

What gets deleted

  • Name, phone, email and profile information.
  • Sign-in data, refresh tokens and linked sign-in identifiers.
  • Saved places and personal settings.
  • Push token and notification-related data.

What may remain

Completed trips may be retained in anonymised or limited form for accounting, legal and safety purposes. Personal identifiers are removed where reasonably possible.

Option 1 - from the app

Open the app, sign in to your account and choose account deletion from settings. If you have an active trip, you must complete or cancel it first.

Option 2 - by email

Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone or email used for your account. We will process the request within a reasonable time and contact you if extra verification is needed.
